9:1 ในปีต้นรัชกาลดาริอัส โอรสกษัตริย์อาหสุเอรัส เชื้อสายคนมีเดีย ผู้ได้เป็นกษัตริย์เหนือดินแดนเคลเดีย
9:1 In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans;
9:2 ในปีแรกแห่งรัชกาลของท่าน ข้าพเจ้าดาเนียลได้เข้าใจถึงจำนวนปีจากหนังสือ ซึ่งพระวจนะของพระเยโฮวาห์ได้มีมาถึงเยเรมีย์ผู้พยากรณ์ว่า พระองค์จะทรงกระทำให้ครบกำหนดเจ็ดสิบปีในการรกร้างของกรุงเยรูซาเล็ม
9:2 In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.
9:3 แล้วข้าพเจ้าก็หันหน้าไปหาองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้า แสวงหาด้วยการอธิษฐานและการวิงวอน ทั้งด้วยการอดอาหาร และนุ่งห่มผ้ากระสอบและนั่งบนมูลเถ้า
9:3 And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:
9:4 ข้าพเจ้าได้อธิษฐานต่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้าและสารภาพว่า "โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระเจ้าผู้ใหญ่ยิ่งและที่น่าสะพรึงกลัว ผู้ทรงรักษาพันธสัญญาและความเมตตาต่อผู้ที่รักพระองค์และรักษาพระบัญญัติของพระองค์
9:4 And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;
9:5 ข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายได้กระทำบาป และได้กระทำความชั่วช้า และได้ประกอบความชั่วและการกบฏ หันเสียจากข้อบังคับและคำตัดสินของพระองค์
9:5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:
9:6 ข้าพระองค์มิได้ฟังบรรดาผู้พยากรณ์ ผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์ ผู้กล่าวในพระนามของพระองค์ต่อกษัตริย์ของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย ทั้งต่อเจ้านาย บรรพบุรุษและประชาชนทั้งสิ้นแห่งแผ่นดิน
9:6 Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.
9:7 โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ความชอบธรรมเป็นของพระองค์ แต่ความขายหน้าควรแก่พวกข้าพระองค์ ดังทุกวันนี้ ที่ควรแก่คนยูดาห์ ชาวกรุงเยรูซาเล็ม และอิสราเอลทั้งหมด ทั้งผู้ที่อยู่ใกล้และอยู่ไกลออกไป ในแผ่นดินทั้งหลายซึ่งพระองค์ทรงขับไล่เขาไปนั้น เพราะความละเมิดซึ่งเขาได้กระทำต่อพระองค์
9:7 O LORD, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee.
9:8 โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ความขายหน้าควรแก่พวกข้าพระองค์ แก่กษัตริย์ของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย เจ้านาย และบรรพบุรุษ เพราะข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายได้กระทำบาปต่อพระองค์
9:8 O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.
9:9 พระกรุณา และการอภัยโทษเป็นขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย ถึงแม้ข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายได้กบฏต่อพระองค์
9:9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;
9:10 และมิได้เชื่อฟังพระสุรเสียงของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ ด้วยการดำเนินตามพระราชบัญญัติของพระองค์ ซึ่งพระองค์ทรงตั้งไว้ต่อหน้าข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย โดยบรรดาผู้พยากรณ์ผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์
9:10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the LORD our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.
9:11 เออ อิสราเอลทั้งผองได้ละเมิดต่อพระราชบัญญัติของพระองค์ และได้หันไปเสียไม่เชื่อฟังพระสุรเสียงของพระองค์ และการสาปแช่งและการปฏิญาณ ซึ่งจารึกไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติของโมเสสผู้รับใช้ของพระเจ้า จึงถูกเทลงเหนือข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย เพราะว่าข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายได้กระทำบาปต่อพระองค์
9:11 Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against him.
9:12 พระองค์ได้ทรงยืนยันถ้อยคำของพระองค์ ซึ่งพระองค์ได้ตรัสกล่าวโทษข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย และกล่าวโทษผู้ปกครองซึ่งปกครองข้าพระองค์ โดยนำให้ข้าพระองค์เกิดวิบัติอย่างใหญ่หลวง เพราะว่าภายใต้สวรรค์ทั้งสิ้นไม่มีที่ใดที่ได้กระทำเหมือนที่ได้กระทำแก่เยรูซาเล็ม
9:12 And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
9:13 ดังที่ได้จารึกไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติของโมเสสแล้ว วิบัติทั้งสิ้นก็ได้ตกอยู่เหนือข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายแล้ว แต่ข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายยังมิได้อธิษฐานต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย โดยหันเสียจากความชั่วช้าของข้าพระองค์ และเข้าใจความจริงของพระองค์
9:13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.
9:14 เพราะฉะนั้นพระเยโฮวาห์ทรงเก็บความวิบัติไว้พร้อมและได้ทรงนำมาเหนือข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย เพราะพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายทรงเป็นผู้ชอบธรรมในสรรพกิจ ซึ่งพระองค์ได้ทรงกระทำ เพราะข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายมิได้เชื่อฟังพระสุรเสียงของพระองค์
9:14 Therefore hath the LORD watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for the LORD our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.
9:15 แล้วบัดนี้ โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย ผู้ทรงนำชนชาติของพระองค์ออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์ด้วยพระหัตถ์อันทรงฤทธิ์ และได้ทำให้พระนามลือมาจนทุกวันนี้ ข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายได้กระทำบาป และข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายกระทำความชั่ว
9:15 And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
9:16 โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ตามความชอบธรรมทั้งสิ้นของพระองค์ ขอให้ความกริ้วและพระพิโรธของพระองค์หันกลับเสียจากเยรูซาเล็มนครของพระองค์ ภูเขาบริสุทธิ์ของพระองค์ เพราะบาปของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย และความชั่วช้าของบรรพบุรุษของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย เยรูซาเล็มและประชาชนของพระองค์จึงกลายเป็นที่เยาะเย้ยในหมู่คนทั้งสิ้นที่อยู่รอบข้าพระองค์
9:16 O LORD, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us.
9:17 ฉะนั้น โอ ข้าแต่พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย บัดนี้ ขอทรงสดับฟังคำอธิษฐานของผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์ และคำวิงวอนของเขา และขอทรงให้พระพักตร์ของพระองค์ทอแสงเหนือสถานบริสุทธิ์ของพระองค์ซึ่งรกร้างนั้นเพื่อเห็นแก่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า
9:17 Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake.
9:18 โอ ข้าแต่พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ ขอทรงเงี่ยพระกรรณสดับฟัง ขอทรงลืมพระเนตรดูความรกร้างของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย ทั้งนครซึ่งเรียกขานกันตามพระนามของพระองค์ เพราะว่าข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายมิได้ถวายคำวิงวอนต่อพระพักตร์พระองค์ โดยอาศัยความชอบธรรมของข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลาย แต่โดยอาศัยพระเมตตาอันยิ่งใหญ่ของพระองค์
9:18 O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.
9:19 โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ขอทรงฟัง โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ขอทรงให้อภัย โอ ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ขอทรงใส่พระทัยและทรงกระทำ ขออย่าเนิ่นช้าเลยพระเจ้าค่ะ เพื่อเห็นแก่พระนามของพระองค์ โอ ข้าแต่พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ เพราะว่านครของพระองค์ และประชาชนของพระองค์ก็มีชื่อตามพระนามของพระองค์"
9:19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
9:20 ขณะที่ข้าพเจ้ากำลังพูด กำลังอธิษฐานและสารภาพบาปของข้าพเจ้าและบาปของอิสราเอลประชาชนของข้าพเจ้า และเสนอคำวิงวอนของข้าพเจ้าต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้า เพื่อภูเขาบริสุทธิ์แห่งพระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้าอยู่นั้น
9:20 And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God;
9:21 เออ ขณะเมื่อข้าพเจ้ากล่าวคำอธิษฐานอยู่ ชายชื่อกาเบรียล ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าได้เห็นในนิมิตครั้งแรกนั้น ได้บินอย่างเร็วมาใกล้ข้าพเจ้า แตะต้องข้าพเจ้าในเวลาถวายเครื่องบูชาตอนเย็น
9:21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.
9:22 ท่านได้ให้ความรู้และกล่าวแก่ข้าพเจ้าว่า "โอ ดาเนียล ข้าพเจ้าออกมา ณ บัดนี้ เพื่อจะให้ปัญญาและความเข้าใจแก่ท่าน
9:22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.
9:23 ในตอนต้นแห่งคำวิงวอนของท่านก็มีพระบัญชาออกไป ข้าพเจ้าจึงมาบอกให้ท่านทราบเพราะท่านเป็นผู้ที่ทรงรักมาก เพราะฉะนั้นจงเข้าใจพระบัญชานั้นและพิจารณานิมิตนั้น
9:23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.
9:24 มีเจ็ดสิบสัปดาห์กำหนดไว้สำหรับชนชาติของท่าน และนครบริสุทธิ์ของท่าน เพื่อให้เสร็จสิ้นการละเมิด ให้บาปจบสิ้น และให้ลบความชั่วช้าเพื่อนำความชอบธรรมนิรันดร์เข้ามา เพื่อประทับตราทั้งนิมิตและคำพยากรณ์ไว้ และเพื่อจะเจิมสถานบริสุทธิ์ที่สุด
9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
9:25 เพราะฉะนั้นจงทราบและเข้าใจว่า นับตั้งแต่การที่พระบัญชานั้นออกไปให้สร้างกรุงเยรูซาเล็มขึ้นใหม่ จนถึงสมัยพระเมสสิยาห์ ผู้เป็นประมุขก็เป็นเวลาเจ็ดสัปดาห์และเป็นเวลาหกสิบสองสัปดาห์ และถนนจะถูกสร้างขึ้นพร้อมด้วยกำแพงเมือง แต่ในยุคลำบาก
9:25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
9:26 หลังจากหกสิบสองสัปดาห์แล้ว พระเมสสิยาห์ก็จะถูกตัดออก แต่มิใช่เพื่อตัวท่านเอง และประชาชนของประมุขผู้หนึ่งที่จะมานั้นจะทำลายกรุงและสถานบริสุทธิ์เสีย ที่สุดปลายของมันจะมาถึงด้วยน้ำท่วม และจนสงครามสิ้นสุดลงก็มีการรกร้างกำหนดไว้
9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
9:27 ท่านจะยืนยันพันธสัญญากับคนเป็นอันมากอยู่หนึ่งสัปดาห์ และในระหว่างกลางสัปดาห์นั้นท่านจะกระทำให้การถวายสัตวบูชา และเครื่องบูชาอื่นๆหยุดไป และเพราะเหตุมีความสะอิดสะเอียนแพร่กระจายไปทั่ว ท่านจะกระทำให้มันร้างเปล่าจนสำเร็จเสร็จสิ้น และสิ่งที่กำหนดไว้จะถูกเทลงเหนือผู้ที่ร้างเปล่านั้น"
9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
