20:1 ขอพระเยโฮวาห์ทรงฟังท่านในวันยากลำบาก พระนามของพระเจ้าแห่งยาโคบพิทักษ์รักษาท่าน
20:1 The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;
20:2 ขอพระองค์ทรงให้ความช่วยเหลือมาจากสถานบริสุทธิ์ และทรงเพิ่มกำลังให้แก่ท่านมาจากเมืองศิโยน
20:2 Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
20:3 ขอทรงระลึกถึงเครื่องถวายทั้งสิ้นของท่าน และโปรดปรานเครื่องเผาบูชาของท่าน เซลาห์
20:3 Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.
20:4 ขอทรงประสิทธิ์ประสาทตามใจปรารถนาของท่านด้วย และให้โครงการที่ท่านคิดนั้นสำเร็จทั้งสิ้น
20:4 Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.
20:5 เพื่อพวกเราจะได้โห่ร้องเนื่องด้วยความรอดของท่าน และยกธงขึ้นในพระนามพระเจ้าของเรา ขอพระเยโฮวาห์ทรงโปรดให้คำทูลขอทั้งสิ้นของท่านสำเร็จเถิด
20:5 We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.
20:6 บัดนี้ ข้าพเจ้าทราบว่าพระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงช่วยผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงเจิมไว้ พระองค์จะทรงฟังเขาจากฟ้าสวรรค์อันบริสุทธิ์ของพระองค์ และโดยชัยชนะอันทรงอานุภาพด้วยพระหัตถ์ขวาของพระองค์
20:6 Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.
20:7 บ้างก็วางใจในรถรบ บ้างก็วางใจในม้า แต่เราจะระลึกถึงพระนามพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเรา
20:7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
20:8 เขาทั้งหลายจะล้มพับลงไป แต่เราจะลุกขึ้นยืนตรงอยู่
20:8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.
20:9 ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงช่วยข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายให้รอดเถิด ขอให้กษัตริย์ทรงฟังเมื่อข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายร้องทูลต่อท่าน
20:9 Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.
