9:1 โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ข้าพระองค์จะสรรเสริญพระองค์ด้วยสิ้นสุดใจของข้าพระองค์ ข้าพระองค์จะบอกถึงการมหัศจรรย์ทั้งสิ้นของพระองค์
9:1 I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.
9:2 ข้าพระองค์จะยินดีและปลาบปลื้มใจในพระองค์ โอ ข้าแต่องค์ผู้สูงสุด ข้าพระองค์จะร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระนามของพระองค์
9:2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.
9:3 เมื่อพวกศัตรูของข้าพระองค์หันกลับ เขาทั้งหลายก็สะดุดและพินาศไปต่อเบื้องพระพักตร์ของพระองค์
9:3 When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.
9:4 เพราะพระองค์ทรงให้ความยุติธรรมและความเที่ยงตรงแก่ข้าพระองค์ พระองค์ประทับบนพระที่นั่งและประทานการพิพากษาอันชอบธรรม
9:4 For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right.
9:5 พระองค์ได้ทรงขนาบบรรดาประชาชาติ และทรงทำลายคนชั่ว แล้วทรงลบชื่อของเขาออกเสียเป็นนิตย์
9:5 Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.
9:6 โอ ศัตรูเอ๋ย ความพินาศของเจ้าได้สำเร็จเป็นนิตย์ พระองค์ทรงทำลายบรรดาหัวเมืองของเขา และที่ระลึกของเขาก็วอดวายพร้อมกับเขา
9:6 O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.
9:7 แต่พระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงยืนยงอยู่เป็นนิตย์ พระองค์ทรงตระเตรียมบัลลังก์ของพระองค์เพื่อการพิพากษา
9:7 But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.
9:8 พระองค์จะทรงพิพากษาโลกด้วยความชอบธรรม พระองค์จะทรงพิพากษาบรรดาประชาชาติด้วยความเที่ยงธรรม
9:8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
9:9 พระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงเป็นที่ลี้ภัยของคนที่ถูกกดขี่ ทรงเป็นที่ลี้ภัยในเวลายากลำบาก
9:9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
9:10 บรรดาผู้ที่รู้จักพระนามของพระองค์ก็จะวางใจในพระองค์ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ เพราะว่าพระองค์มิได้ทรงทอดทิ้งบรรดาผู้ที่เสาะแสวงหาพระองค์
9:10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
9:11 จงร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้ซึ่งประทับในศิโยน จงบอกเล่าถึงพระราชกิจของพระองค์ในท่ามกลางชนชาติทั้งหลาย
9:11 Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.
9:12 เมื่อพระองค์ทรงไต่สวนเรื่องโลหิต พระองค์ทรงจำเขาทั้งหลายไว้ พระองค์มิได้ทรงลืมคำร้องทุกข์ของผู้ถ่อมตัวลง
9:12 When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.
9:13 โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงพระกรุณาแก่ข้าพระองค์ ขอทรงทอดพระเนตรว่าข้าพระองค์ต้องทนทุกข์ทรมานเพราะคนที่เกลียดชังข้าพระองค์เพียงใด ข้าแต่พระองค์ ผู้ทรงยกข้าพระองค์ขึ้นจากประตูของความตาย
9:13 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:
9:14 เพื่อข้าพระองค์จะกล่าวบรรดาคำสรรเสริญพระองค์ที่ในประตูทั้งหลายแห่งธิดาศิโยน ข้าพระองค์จะเปรมปรีดิ์ในการช่วยให้รอดของพระองค์
9:14 That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.
9:15 บรรดาประชาชาติได้จมลงในหลุมซึ่งเขาทำไว้ และเท้าของเขาติดตาข่ายซึ่งเขาเองซ่อนดักไว้
9:15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.
9:16 พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงเผยพระองค์ให้ปรากฏแจ้งด้วยการพิพากษาซึ่งพระองค์ได้ทรงกระทำ คนชั่วถูกดักด้วยกิจการที่ทำด้วยมือของเขาเอง ฮิกเกอัน เซลาห์
9:16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.
9:17 คนชั่วจะต้องถอยไปสู่นรก คือประชาชาติทั้งมวลที่ลืมพระเจ้า
9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
9:18 เพราะพระองค์จะไม่ทรงลืมคนขัดสนเสมอไป และความหวังของคนยากจนจะไม่พินาศไปเป็นนิตย์
9:18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.
9:19 โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงลุกขึ้น อย่าให้มนุษย์มีชัยได้ แต่ให้บรรดาประชาชาติถูกพิพากษาในสายพระเนตรของพระองค์ทั้งสิ้น
9:19 Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.
9:20 โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงให้เขายำเกรง และให้บรรดาประชาชาติทราบว่า เขาทั้งหลายเป็นเพียงมนุษย์เท่านั้น เซลาห์
9:20 Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.
